Welcome to Mood: Visual Soundscapes (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App;
• Use the App for any illegal purposes or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
• Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ or attempt to access any feature or area of the App that you are not authorized to access.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

MOOD offers "Premium" features via auto-renewing subscriptions. Available subscription options, prices, and trial offers are displayed in the App and may vary by region. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
• Refunds: All refunds are handled directly by Apple and are subject to Apple’s App Store refund policies.

4. Medical Disclaimer

The audio and visual content provided by MOOD is intended for relaxation, focus, and sleep-related ambience only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or sleep disorder.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the App.

6. Apple Standard EULA

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, these Terms shall prevail regarding the specific features of MOOD.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
